This toner is gentle, moisturizing, and feels good to use! The bottle has a small opening that controls the amount you pour out really well so you don't waste anything. The consistency is watery, but at the same time, not runny. It's a bit funny, but when I pour a drop onto my hand, it's like a bubble with water inside. It is light on the skin and absorbs easily. The ingredients are no-fuss and safe, as well. This is a really nice toner just to use on a daily basis.
