Initially when I used this, I didn't see much of a change (my skin was quite good then, no breakouts) and I stopped using this. But one day, I started breaking out and I decided to give this a go again and this saved my skin! It instantly calmed down my face and helped reduce the pimples and spots on my face. I also liked using this as a makeshift face mask but putting a few pads on the the trouble areas of my face. Also the gauze side of the pad is gentle enough for my sensitive skin. Highly recommend!
