Not the first, neither the last package that I ordered. Iam in my thirties and no matter where I go, I take this aleays with me. It IS slightly noticeable while you jave iton your face, however considering its healing power, I do not mind. I have sincerely used it for various kinds of pimples - for easier and even "more difficult" cases. I usually use it overnight. Sometimes I wear it even during the day because it is aestethically not worse than a pimple :) Does not matter how when you choose to wear it, from my experience, I do recommend to wear it only for half a day - either for day ora noght and give your skin a break in between.
