First of all, I have to say what I look for in shampoos and cosmetics in general - I search for products with safe and natural ingredients and I try to avoid sulphates and silicones in formulations as much as I do.

Therefore aromatica as a brand got my attention and this particular shampoo as well. I dye my hair with henna. While you use henna, you are strictly instructed not to use sulphate shampoo since the henna color washes out rapidly. I can confirm that this shampoo is super mild as it does not wash out the henna color from my hair. Also the smell is amazing and it leaves a nice fresh feeling on my scalp. It also leaves my hair really soft.

Before I purchased it, I read that some people complained that their hair felt greasier with this product. I have no problem with this product since I am for about 10 years sulphate free and my hair is already used to mild shampoos. However, if you regularly use sulphate shampoo, you might experience the feeling that this shampoo is not washing your hair enough. It takes around 1 month for your hair to adjust from sulphate to non-sulphate shampoo. Also, try to avoid using this shampoo with a conditioner with silicones - as this is really mild, it does not need to have the power to wash out silicones that are famous for a build up on your hair. Aromatica offers a conditioner from the same line too and these two work together just nicely.
