The toner transforms from a creamy texture to a watery toner as soon as you spread it. I love it because I'm able to safe up products this way. It has a slight scent due to the bergamot oil but I love it. The toner makes my skin feel super soft and it gives a beautiful glow right away. I use it underneath other products and it works well without pilling or rubbing off. The packaging is amazing and has a good quality. I'm super satisfied.
