This is a water based "primer" and I put primer in quotes, because to me, it doesn't work like your average primer.

It's more of a base/highlighter that leaves your skin with a glowy, yet natural sheen. I find that rubbing it in, after all my skin care products, can make my products ball up, so I just just one pump and tap on the high points of my face to give that extra glow. It's slightly violet so it will leave your skin lightly brighter.

The texture feels like a light emulsion and is very blendable. It smells like a very nice sunscreen, and it's quite a strong scent, but you don't really notice it once it's on
your face.

Would definitely buy again, but it's very economical so it will last a very long time.
