I am a sucker for the entire bling cat line. This jelly tint smells great, and is quite sheer but very buildable. The wand is easy to use and applies product well. The only negative is that this doesn’t dry down for a long while. It leaves your lips slightly sticky. But once it does dry down, the color lasts.
