This toner doesn't help any breakouts tremendously, but I do count on it to balance my pH. It is mostly gentle, but very rarely have I felt a little tingle when using it. I still feel like there might be better toners out there, but overall, it's just average.
Also the bottle I received was useless bc the spray didn't work. I had to buy a container and transfer the product over.
