Although the cream has quite thick consistency (which I personally prefer to runny formulas), it is easy to apply. It absorbs nicely into my skin, so after putting it at the evening my face is not greasy on the morning. It works nicely under make-up as well (I would describe the finish as semi-matte), so it is good both for day and night. It's also unscented, which is great.
