As for the costumer service, I got the package earlier than expected and it came with 3 samples.

As for the product itself, I have only used it once, and my skin did feel softer and smother. As for the blackheads it's still too soon to tell if there will be any difference, but the outer layer did look cleaner.

After I finish the product I will write another review, but as for now, I would say its a decent peeling pad.
