This primer doesn't feel too tacky on the skin. It sinks in well and leaves my face feeling smooth and well-prepped for foundation. The glow effect is subtle, which I like, but I noticed that my face gets greasier more quickly than if I were to use a matte primer. Overall I like it, but I wouldn't use this product if I wanted my makeup to last all day.
