I really like the product. It has gel type texture and absorbs into skin easily without leaving it feel tight like some other gels. It soothes the skin but may not be enough if you have some serious irritation or redness.It contains tea tree water which is antimicrobial and may help acne, but I don't suffer from acne and I can't tell for sure if it is effective
