I like NACIFIC Green Pair Plus Clear Toner . I have sensitive acne prone skin that gets irritated very easily. This toner has a very very slight herbal scent that does not bother me. It is a clear color liquid with some powder on the bottom of the bottle that has to be shaken to mix with the liquid. This toner is hydrating and it does not feel sticky or heavy on the skin. This toner helps a lot with calming my skin troubles. It balances the sebum production. I do not recommend it for layering.
