Watery fluid type texture. Applies beautifully and absorbs quickly leaving no tackiness or shininess. Layers well. No discernible scent. They did a great job on the packaging. Love the locking mechanism. The lotion itself is a perfect fit for my dry and dehydrated skin. It is lightweight, but deeply hydrating and nourishing. It feels soothing and calming when applied. My skin looks overall more healthy and plump after using this. It also did an awesome job of KEEPING my skin hydrated which in turn helped my fine lines! A new fav for sure!!
