I have keratosis pilaris on my cheeks and I have been using this Essence nightly for about a month now. I have noticed that there is some difference: my skin feels smoother and the redness from the bumps has reduced. The Essence is liquid and as such spreads quite easily over the skin. I've been patting it with my fingertips to help it absorb and it seems to sink in without much fuss. The smell is a bit chemical-like, as with all AHAs, and can be a bit off-putting to those new to AHAs. However the fragrance is not entirely unpleasant and fades within 10-20 minutes.
