It's cleans up the foundation, matte lipstick and waterproof eyeliner. I really like the performance, it doesn't leave thin film residue after rinsing it and doesn't make my skin dry. My skin feels well moisturized. It's just that you have to be careful if the balm exposed to the eye doesn't make me sore but makes my eye blurry after washing it off but it will be normal in a few minutes.
