I have been using this toner for about 3 months, and I like it very much.  It is a thin, milky liquid that is very moisturizing for my bordering on oily skin.  I use this toner towards the end of my routine, after essences and right before moisturizers. It absorbs easily and quickly into my face and I only need about 3 drops to cover my entire face.  I use this product both in the morning and evening, and it does NOT make my face oily, which was a major concern for me. I tried Dr Jart's ceramidin liquid, and it made my face look incredibly oily during the day.  Additionally, unlike the Dr Jart, which had a strong lemony furniture-cleaner scent, the Skin Watchers toner has a lighter floral scent that quickly goes away.  This toner makes my face feel a bit softer after I put it on.

Overall, I really enjoy using this toner, and the way it feels on my skin.  However, it is my first ceramidin product and I would like to try other products out of curiosity before repurchasing this one.
