For real these patches are magic! I get hormonal cystic acne, and these can flatten them in 1-2 nights (note cysts not hard nodular acne) , normal pustule pimples are flat overnight. These are my favorite hydrocolloid bandages. They sick well, but I usually apply them before my hydrating toner and other moisturizing steps. Though sometimes I forget and have to wipe the area off with cotton swab and cleansing water or toner to allow them to adhere to the skin.  These are not thin enough for me to wear them during the day.

In summary, they really suck gunk out of a pimple.
