Seriously, my skin was terrible bad after using a complex of BHA and AHA, it was dehydrated and irritated, but this cream after the first time, was supeeer hydrated and calming. If you have oily skin but u are dealing with sensitive and irritated skin, this cream it's right for you. But, it didn't do anything on my pimples, so that's why I give it just four stars.
