I can't tell how moisturizing or effective this cream is because after rubbing some on my hand, my entire hand broke out in hives in the area where the cream was. My skin became itchy and inflamed. I tried to put some on my cheek, but the same reaction occurred. I will be gifting this to someone else since I had a strong allergic reaction to it. Other than that, the packaging is luxurious, the scent is nice, it is quite thin, and the consistency is like pudding. I wish it had worked on my skin.
