Ranging from my immensely fair skin, (Kat Von D Light 42 & Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Y205,) to those within the NW10/NW13 range, the lightest shade (?), #13 Light Beige, should compliment numerous complexions. Upon my neutral skin tone, namely, when swatched onto my hand, the product exhibits a substantial yellow under tone - however, when applied to the face, such diminishes...somewhat.
Curiously, although I have read a lighter shade exists, no retailers supply the product... #11? Imaginably, the color would likely suit my complexion perfectly, as #13 appears slightly dark; a lighter powder corrects such effortlessly, nevertheless. Hmm... Fortunately, no oxidation occurs!
Additionally, the foundation's texture mimics a powder, to some degree; the coverage being a medium-full level, with which one could easily layer to conceal any blemishes.
Overall, due to its medium-full coverage, the color should compliment fair, to ultra fair complexions - favorably, oilier skins, because of its matte texture. (I greatly recommend the product! :) )
