It is a soothing mask, I've heard of some using it as a moisturizer but I've only used it as a sleeping pack, which I apply 1hr before bed. Sinks it quite fast and redness goes slightly after using this, bringing positive results the next morning.

Sanitary packaging and I've attached photo to show the gel like consistency.
