oily skin, dehydrated, first toner.

At first I applied with fingers, later with a cotton pad, the later was better. I don't think it did anything or that my skin particularly liked it. It is brown liquid, probably due to the high green tea concetration. It gets darker with the passing months. I will not repurchase.
