I get winter scalp flairups when the season changes and this product has really help me keep this into check.  You initially do feel the salt chunks on application, this help exfoliate the scalp very well.  But they also dissolve very easily so that does not cause any issues upon rinsing.  Would highly recommend for irritated scalps and even scalp psoriasis.
