It cleans without being stripping but I feel like you have to massage it product for a very long time before it does the job. It contains particles that can feel abrasive on the skin. It's fine if you like to exfoliate physically which I usually don't btw, as long as you don't use too much product at once. I found it to be difficult to control the amount that came out the first time I used it since it has a gel-like texture. You really don't need more than the size of a pinky finger nail which in my case is less than 1cm. If you don't like scents then it's not for you. It has a citrusy scent that is very noticeable but not to the point that I find it unpleasant. Will not repurchase, would rather get the Cosrx Low pH good morning gel cleanser or the goodal Calendula pH Balancing Deep Cleansing Foam if you want a low pH cleanser.
