Rather a primer than a cc cream. This product is suppose to replace the Holika Holika Real Skin Finish cream. This is for oily skin. You need to prep your skin with a good moisturizer because it feels drying. It gives the skin a subtle glow but with oil control. I would use this with foundation that is a little dark for your skin because it tends to "brighten" the face. The foundation seems to last longer with this on.
