Skin type: normal dehydrated

A new favorite of mine. I truly enjoy using this toner. It is lightweight and still provides deep hydration, excellent for all skin in my opinion. It contains 85% bamboo extract which is well known for its hydrating and soothing properties. There is some subtle viscosity to it but I can layer it about 2-3 times easily. There is no added fragrance in this toner and the ingredient list is pretty clean.
