I apply it before hopping on the shower, massage my face and then rinse it off with lukewarm water and it works really well! I see an improvement on my blackheads when I use a cotton pad to apply it on my nose. Unfortunately, it leaked a bit on the way here, but it wasn't much so it's fine, it seems like it'll last quite a bit either way.
