This cleanser is so gentle but still satisfies as a decent second cleanser. It does not have much of a scent, and as with majority of acidic cleansers, does not foam up very well just by manual hand motions. I usually use a foaming net with it, and this method produces enough foam for me to use so that I minimize any hand-to-face friction.

It did not strip my skin but still cleansed enough so that I did not feel any grease left over from my oil cleanser. I also like that it contains madecassoside and has a very simple, short ingredients list.
