This is one of the most popular cleansing balm, and I understand it why. It has a really soft feel to it, and emulsifies well with water. My only problem with it that it contains fragrance. It's quite hard to find a cleansing balm or cleansing oil without any additional fragrance. My skin (and eyes) are sensitive not just to the artificial fragarance, but to any essential oil as well. Apart from the parfum, it's a very good product.
