This is the first time that I've used a scalp scailer, so there is nothing I could compare it with. It's a big tube, with a good dispenser ending. It contains salt crystals, what I find a bit too harsh at the beginning, but it dissolves quite quickly in contact with water. It gets foamy with water, so it can replace the first shampoo.
