Whenever I use this, it just feels like I'm patting water on my face.
I've used almost the whole bottle (as seen in picture), but
I didn't notice any particular benefits using this. Though, I didn't breakout from it either.Instead of using it as a toner, I just used it more as a mist, because it already has a spray nozzle.
With that said, I don't think this is worth the price, because there are better toners/skin/mist for a lower price that actually do something (ex. hydrate, brighten, etc.)
