Haven't noticed any whitening effects

I've been using this cream for about three weeks now, but unfortunately have not noticed any whitening effects :( The color is an off-white color (as shown in the photo). It stung my face only at a few spots when I first began using it, but I think that was just my skin adjusting to a new product, as my skin feels fine now. I have dry skin and sometimes feel the need to use another moisturizer on top of this one, so if you have dry skin, this cream alone may not be moisturizing enough for you.
