I have normal-dry sensitive skin. I use this on days when my skin is feeling dehydrated. I also use it on evenings when I know I'm sleeping late and/or have to wake up early. I find it most effective to use after toning and before putting on a serum, but I do leave a bit of time to let it dry and absorb. I use it all over my face
