This serum is very watery and absorbs very fast, not feeling tacky at all like other niacinamide serums I've tried.

It also doesn't have a scent. I noticed how my scars faded way faster since using this and it calms my skin down as well.

As for the sebum control, I think this works quite well, but I have dry skin so I can't be 100% sure of this.
