Love love LOVE this one. It tingles a bit, as do all direct acids but it's a tolerable amount even for sensitive skin. I've definitely noticed my skin getting better and smoother. Have not noticed any brightening effects but I don't have much pigmentation/acne scars at the moment. It doesn't trigger new breakouts and definitely seems to have reduced the frequency with which I used to have smaller breakouts.

One thing that is a concern is that the pump jams really easily. Sometimes I have to pump for 30-50 times before anything comes out and as you can see the bottle is still mostly full.
