I bought this toner along with the serum because I wanted a product that already combined AHA/BHA/PHA products in a single bottle. I'm a newbie concerning chemical exfoliation and I was looking for a introduction to that area and this toner is a good option. I started using it every other day and now I use it every day in my night routine. At the beginning, it can sting a little after application, but consistent use helps to build tolerance. It smells like herbal essences and its formula blends quickly on my skin. Also, it feels so good on my skin!


Now, concerning to its major claims, don't expect a miracle. I'm not criticizing the product but don't dream about your red spots suddendly becoming clear after one night. AHA/BHA/PHA work if you are consistent and if you take cautionary measures in order to ensure that the product will work/benefit the most from it (using sunscreen every morning/not combining it with other actives that might cancel its effectiveness).I have seen my face brighter than before (thanks to the niacinamide) and overall my complexion has started to even out (dull skin). Some red spots on my chin have faded and it kind of keeps at bay my hormonal acne. However, I started seeing results after prolongued use so if you are looking for a instant life changer or if you refuse to use sunscreen in the morning, definitely this is not for you
