I thought it would be less sparkly and a little more creamy matte because of the sample photo, but it is actually very sparkly. A very pretty colour, but I would say it is more taupe than purple which is fine. I just don't use it as much as I thought I would. It blends well but does set quickly. Good for on-the-go.
