I ordered this gel because of the mostly raving reviews and because the price was pretty good for the size of the product. On the plus side, the gel absorbs into skin really quickly. It has a distinctive, fresh smell, that didn't bother me at all. The gel has some soothing elements, and slightly reduced my skin's redness.

The big minus comes from the fact that the gel doesn't seem to moisturize my skin at all! It probably has to do with the alcohol mentioned in the ingredients list. To be honest, it was my own fault for thinking that the alcohol wouldn't affect the product's capabilities as a moisturizer.

So, if you have dry or very dry skin, this really doesn't help you unless you are ready to use extra products to moisturize your skin. I wouldn't buy it again after this purchase.
