It says gel, but it’s more like a cream. It takes a minute to dry down and is a little shiny. It doesn’t feel very greasy, but it’s also not matte so oily ladies might not like. However, it’s not very moisturizing, so it feels more geared towards normal skin ladies. It doesn’t leave a white cast on my NC12 skin. A decent sunscreen, but I won’t repurchase.
