It is very intensive toner which absorbs long time and definitely not for morning routine. Doesn’t have a smell and the sticky feelings after applying it stays for quire some time. I do like to apply multiple layers of different ingredients but this one doesn’t really allow me. Too intense. More an essence than a toner. I have a combi skin.
