This toner feels very clean and comforting to use -- I honestly can't tell if it's just placebo effect from the minimalist packaging, or if it actually does anything. It functions as all mild cleansing toners would. For sure it doesn't break me out, and it's a refreshing step after face wash, and because of the "clean" impression it's quickly replaced all other toners I have. Five stars for the peace of mind, would love to get the 500ml size in the future as 200ml will run out quickly.
