These are my first blemish patches, so I don't have comparison, but I think they are great. They get the job done. They stick to skin very well and aren't very visible, so if you're brave enough you can go outside in them. I also like that they are in different sizes (the smallest ones are especially useful). Also, the packaging is very convenient and hygienic.
