The patches are in a jelly consistency and feels extremely hydrating on the skin. It does have a little scent, each I think it's really nice and it doesn't bother me at all. After 20 minutes, my under eyes felt very nourished and refreshed, I am very pleased with the results! Really recommend putting it on after a long day, or before a special night out.
