I won't lie, the first time I tried this serum about a year ago I didn't see any changes. I used the bottle up over a course of 3 months, the serum didn't change color so I knew it was still good. I didn't understand why it wasn't working. Fast-forward to now and this serum works better now than it did a year ago. I attribute this to the fact that my cystic, hormonal acne is gone and now I am solely just combating the scarring and pigmentation left behind.
This serum does brighten and tone up my skin, it even helps it make look more plump. After you tap it onto your skin it will feel sticky but if you layer a moisturizer on afterwards the stickiness goes away. I do not advise using this morning and night, only use it at night. Also, do not forget to use a separate sunscreen during the daytime as this is Vitamin C and not using a sunscreen could cause harm to your skin.
Do not expect major results within a few days or even the first week(s) as you will find yourself disappointed. This serum does require time for you to effectively see results; please don't get discouraged and keep using the serum! A tip I have is to keep the serum in the box and keep the box in the refrigerator as it will help prolong the life of the serum. It's a good price for Vitamin C so why not give it a try!
