On whiteheads and pimples that have "broken" through the skin (aka not cystic acne), these help reduce the amount of time a breakout. I've tried a few different brands and also used hydrocolloid bandages and I still prefer the CosRx the best. There aren't many in the package, though, so minus one star for value.
