This is a very popular toner in Korea. It's no frills, clean toner that has panthenol, betaine and allantoin. Overall it's a very gentle toner that is perfect for sensitive skin types. The texture is very light and watery, as well as not sticky. It's not the most hydrating product, you'd have to layer it for more hydration. However, there's just something about this toner - it's really calming and takes away a lot of my redness. I like to use a light layer of this first and then use a more hydrating toner after such as the Round Lab Birch Juice Moisturizing Toner (the two are a great combo!). Would recommend for oily, combo or normal skin types as this won't be enough for drier skin types. However, it's a nice soothing and refreshing layer during the warmer months.
