While this does assist in the removal of blackheads and whiteheads, I can not fully remove either with just the extrusion swab. I typically get it started with the swab and then finish the job with my fingers. This seems to be the most effective and gentle way in my opinion. Overall, nice idea, just wish it worked a bit better.
