Rose Petal Black Tea Enriching Toner has watery essence texture and it gives deep moisturizing into my skin. Normal toner for dry skin that I used before gave me little dry feeling and I needed next stept of skincare (Moisturizer and Serum) right away (after toner). However, ATRUE Rose Petal Black Tea Enriching Toner makes my skin with beautiful glow and it maintains moist skin. Additional Rose Petal Black Tea Enriching Moisturizer completed my skin to healthier :))
