I am writing regarding my order No. 20200423-0003575. I am trying to track it, and no info is found in the system, though I tracked it before, and I saw that it already arrived in the US. Does that mean it got lost?

If you want to ask the Jolse team regarding your order, it's best to not ask a question here, since this section is for Reviews only. They might not see your question here. You can email them at cs.jolse@gmail.com, which is their customer service email. In my experience, they reply pretty fast, in about 1-2 days or less. I think 1:1 query method in their Contact page at the bottom of the website is even faster. Good luck with your order, I hope it gets found! :)
